History: A recent peak in attacks from other worlds caused a stir amongst the world governments, people going missing and attacks on major population centers had them looking for answers to this latest threat. However, salvation would not be found from any armies that humanity could muster. Rather, it would come from a new breed of human. Born with various unique powers and the ability to see creatures from other worlds. After the attacks, many of these people would find themselves tracked down and offered an invitation to New York.
Organization Goals:

Headquarters: New York City – The Windowless Tower
A monolithic structure built in the ruins of one of the most recent attacks on earth. Built entirely out of a composite material sourced as a mix of more mundane construction material and a special type of stone sourced from the Soul Society. It covers the entire area in a barrier that prevents reishi from passing through. This protects it from most external attacks as well as direct teleportation into it.
Technology:
The Webway: A technology of lost origin, used primarily by the quincy to move between their numerous safehouses and bases already long established during their time as the inquisition. It acts as the most steadfast shield they have against any who would want to harm them.
Since humanity at large has joined them, a project to create a safer but more limited version for non-Quincy. Utilizing special badges that allow movement through a more stable portion of this dimension, all members of the Coalition can move freely between their major bases and a majority of the old Quincy locations. However, the Gilded City is completely cut off from this branch of the webway, and requires a Quincy to be able to access it.

Field Operations Division: The rank and file of the Coalition. Those in Field Operations man the various primary bases located around the world to give them the best chance at countering any threat that might show up.
Research and Intelligence Division: This division specializes in research and information acquisition, based out of the lower levels of the Windowless Tower, they are tasked with furthering humanities technology, monitoring for threats and finding whatever information they can to properly
Black Ops Division: A remnant of the Quincy’s Inquisition, the Black Operations Division are elite operators that are trusted with carrying out secretive missions. Each member of this division may choose direct underlings as they please.
