It had been a couple of days since the unknown individuals had turned the entirety of New York into their play ground. Amidst the damage that had been caused by the literal hell spawns a young man whose unnaturally silver hair seemed to belong on an individual with far more years than he had. His violet eyes were solemn as he looked over the wreckage of the Central Park Carousel, there was a clear path that covered multiple blocks like someone had fired off a massive blast.

Even with supernatural abilities it would be weeks, if not months until everyone caught up in that attack alone was accounted for, never mind any of the larger scale attacks that were fired off into the city. We were so unprepared for this, it, though it wasn't just the human race but everyone who was supposed to be helping us keep safe from the realm of the super natural. It is such a shame really.

Natasha hadn't been the same since the attack on the city. She had been much more withdrawn and held in most of her thoughts. All she could do was wander the city and kick herself for what had happened. All she could do was mourn the many people lost. All she could do was be saddened and angered by the devastation. What could she have done different? Where did she go wrong? What mistakes did she make that could have been avoided? Natasha knew all the answers. She had been replaying it in her mind for days on end. Ever sincd her battle, she couldn't helo but feel that a majority of the damage was her fault. She hadn't stopped him quick enough.

As Natasha came upon Central Park, she would notice an unfamiliar individual staring at what seemed to be a busted up carousel. His hair was completely silvered, which was different for such a young looking individual. Slowly, she would approach him as she stepped on rubble and kicked rocks in her path. Natasha would find herself standing next to him placing herself about 3 feet away. "It's quite devastating, isn't it? Seeing what they've done to us. It's unforgivable," Natasha would speak quietly, but she would also speak in a defeated tone.

"Aye that it is, though truth be told I am more concerned about those who are currently buried alive in the devastation, that have yet to be found. One wrong move and we will end the lives they have worked so hard to keep, then there is also the fact that if we don't move quickly enough they will lose them anyways. To top that all off, as it sits right now they could show up again any where, at any place in the world and do the same there, if not worse." Haru would say, because depending on where those monsters surfaced the response time could be even worse, or the response could be no where near enough to stop them, "I just wish there was more we could do to react to something like this, or better yet prevent it from ever happening again." There was a slight bit of rage, mixed with the sorrow of his voice, it wasn't aimed at anyone in particular he was just disappointed at his own lack of ability to do anything to change the outcome of what happened here.

As the individual before her would speak, Natasha would become much more devastated at the fact of the matter. She hadn't even thought about the ones still burried. She hadn't thought about the ones still fighting for their lives. She hadn't thought about it. She had been so concerned with herself that she hadn't thought about the ones still struggling. It was terrifying to know that anywhere around her at any time, she could have been just feet away froma survivor. Her heart would continue to sink, but she had also heard what it was she needed to hear. Natasha would grit her teeth a moment before taking a deep breath. She had to stay calm. They had to stay calm.

"Well, you see, I have a mission of my own. We can't rely on the shinigami or the Quincies. We can't rely on anyone right now. All we have is us. All we have are our own abilities. I have a vision to create an independent organization where humans with special abilities can work to protect our race, where we can help others in need, and we can prevent catastrophic events like this one. We'll be a strong force to be reckoned with and we'll do what the others have promised." Natasha would speak sternly and with determination.

"Well you have my attention miss... wait where are my manners, My name is Haru Glory." Haru would say, turning to face the green haired woman fully his purple eyes locking on to Natasha's emerald ones. She was quite lovely, and under other circumstances Haru might have tried flirting with her, but instead he would shift his face from something forlorn and somber to something a bit more warm and welcoming, "Either way, it is a most interesting proposal, though I can foresee some issues with it, first funds, second travel, third recruitment. You know all of those paramilitary Logistics since what you are proposing is basically a world wide paramilitary organization for combating the supernatural in all shapes and forms."

No matter what, so long as she follows through on it being an organization for the protection of mankind, not some kind of ploy at world domination Haru was in, there was more times than not he fancied himself a chevalier of sorts, a guardian of man kind using his sword to come to their aid like a knight out of a fairy tale. Though he would not hesitate to strike at the heart of the corruption of the organization should they ever stray from the path of the betterment of the human race as all groups with power tend to do.

Natasha would smile fweling awfully amused by the introduction. "Well, it seems neither of us was too worried about speaking with a stranger. My name is Natasha," she would turn to look at Haur moments after he had turned to look at her. His eyes were a deep purple unlike what she had seen before. His hair was silvered, which was a bit different for someone of his age. However, he seemed like a kind, caring boy and she had to say she didn't mind him company.

He would begin to express his opinions about Natasha's not so original plan considering it hadn't been her plan to begin with. However, she couldn't help but smile at him as he would speak about all of the things that would go into achieving her little project. He would speak about money, travel, and recruiting, which were all a large part in creating this organization of hers. As he would finish speaking, Natasha would simply giggle lightly at the thoughts that had been brought up to her, "I see we have ourselves a planner. Someone who knows the ins and outs. Don't worry, Mr. Haru Glory, all of the logistical aspects are being taken care of, as for the recruitment, I am personally fulfilling that position. You see, I want to be able to look everyone in the eye. I want to know who they are, what they're capable of, and how their ideals differ or are similar to ny own. Overall, I just want to be able to see the dedication and determination to protecting our people. I want to see that no matter what they're going to be there to fight for what this Earth needs. I think that you, Mr. Haru, have a strong, kind heart and I would love to have you on my team. Would you like to join my Committee?"

"I wouldn't call myself much of a thinker per say, I just had thought of doing something similar previously and honestly most of it was beyond me. I prefer action to all of that book work you know it is not really fun having to stare at words and numbers. It kind of makes my eyes glaze over and makes me really want to hit something with my sword." Haru would smile slightly at her giggle, it was a lot more girly than he pictured someone with such grandiose ideas having. In fact it was rather adorable, and under better circumstances he might have contemplated flirting with her. But there was a time and place for everything, what with them standing in the wreckage of a brutal attack talking about a way to better the world in the future it was most assuredly not the time, nor place. Especially since with what she was offering she would be his boss. "Well Lady Natasha, I would be more than happy to join you, and this committee you are planning on creating, well so long as it doesn't become some totalitarian entity bent on world domination."

Haru would chuckle himself with that last comment, while he was serious about that caveat he still made the comment in a light hearted manner, almost like it was a joke.

Natasha would listen to Haru's reasoning for not being more active in planning events and such. She would shake her head with a smile listening to his words and excuses. He was much like she was when she was younger. She was probably much more brutal though. She was strong, independent, and she liked to hit things. She liked to blast them with her canons. She was a force to be reckoned with, however it seemed she was heavier on following orders. She would have never spoken out against the agency like he did just now. It was refreshing to know that he had set moral standards and wasn't a brainwashed monster like she had been.

"In some ways, you remind me of myself years ago. Anyway, I know it was a joke, but I want to promise you something. I want to promise you that I will never turn my back on the Comittee or the human race. I promise that my only goal is to help, serve, and save people. Thank you for trusting in me," Natasha would smile one last time before she would turn her eyes away from Haru. "Well, Haru, I'll keep in touch and contact you when I'm ready. Until then, stay safe, okay?" With that statement, she would turn to walk away, unless there was anything else he wished to say to her.

"Well I can't promise safety, though I will do my best, uh lets see here." Haru would say patting down his pockets, he was trying to find anything he could put his contact information down on. After a few seconds he dug out a blank envelope that used to contain his last pay check, and a pen, rapidly jotting down his name and phone number he would hand that to her. "Well here, you can use that to contact me any time. Uh was there anything else if not I am going to go see what I can do to help with the rescue efforts."

Unless Natasha went to stop him he would follow the path of destruction to the first building, pulling his pendant off of his neck, the sword shape growing to a full grown broadsword before changing into something narrower and blue, wind kicking up around him as he approached the rubble. Stepping in close, to it he would raise his arm, and rocks would raise off of the ground and shift off to one side as he slowly started to clear the rubble.
