Personality: Jerome is a very very smart and mentally capable individual. Never having heart in his training, he would often lock himself away reading or writing his ideas. Suffering from depression, anxiety, and abandonment, he still manages to look at the world with conviction and compassion. Life may be precious to him, but knowledge is even more important, for without it life could not be as it is.
With familiar faces he may be caught smiling once or tries, polite laughter not including since it is usually hoax. Emotions are not in his strong suit, expressing or reading them. To some good degree, as all are on the spectrum to some degree, he can come off as autistic for the very reason, though never was he diagnosed and he refuses any dispute over it. Claiming knowing such meaningless labels would change nothing.
He would come off as pessimistic if the odds were against him due to being a rationalist to the core. Though just because the odds are low, does not mean they cannot be altered with determination, will and courage. Imagination is the foundation of his core, not because he has it but because he cannot fully understand it. It is felt differently than he would perceive in others leaving him in a pool of logic. As a child he came off as cold to others, since then he has noticed the effect that kind of attitude can have on one’s output, showing his insecurity in the end, so whether he meant it or not he had one day chosen to be a caring soul whenever he could bear it.

THE COMBAT INFORMATION

General Fighting Style: Jerome’s fighting style can best be described as not fighting. However, if he ever did have to take up his crossbow, He would maintain distance at all time. Sparring is his most common form of combat, but he would not do it for himself unless there were a strong goal that he needed to reach for some reason. Reserving such moments for helping others who may request his help. In a fight with a lesser being, he would try his hardest to talk them down, to prevent any unnecessary conflict. On par or stronger opponents get his long and strung out fighting style of hit and run or whatever tactic he might find more useful in the given scenario.

Prodigy: Jerome was born a child prodigy. Considered a super genius at 13 with an IQ of 270.
Little Dragons Each arrow shot out of the crossbow explode on impact. The reiastu of the damage taken and the residuals of the blast are both absorbed and reincarnated into a small spectral dragon that will attack until destroyed. The initial explosion does a bala worth of damage. The spectral dragons may bite, scratch, breath fire, or even explode, until destroyed or runs out of absorbed reiatsu. They also fly so they home onto the initially hit or intended target. Dragons' damage worth up to 5 bala and flies at cero speed. Once per post.
Dragonic Hirenkyaku faster and more forceful form of Hirenkyaku, that can be used to flee, rush, or gain board control. In addition to the initial buffs of the former (Hirenkyaku), the user may also unleash a shockwave of force (like a dragon taking off, or a super big helicopter) expelling out 40ft with immense force, upon take off or charged to be released on the last step. The shockwave deals damage equal to a hado #40. 1 post CD.
