Cross walked around the docks, tapping the wooden posts with his hands. The chains swung in the air with the gusts of winds that came about the area. Cross smiled at the humans as they jumped into the water and went on the boats. "You lucky souls. No worries. No idea what's goin' on around you. no idea what is about to happen. Just living in the moment. Something I adore." He sat at the end of the Docks, putting his boots into the water, kicking and splashing around. The smirk that appeared on his face was that of a child. Memories of his childhood at the lake with his sister and mother. Tears almost formed before he heard a scream.

A soul running from a massive hollow. "help! Help!" She yelled as she tripped and ran around the building. Cross turned his head, his jaw dropping as he saw the girl. "Wait! Don't move!" Cross sonido'd as fast as he could infront of the girl, his torn robe top blowing from the sonido. Holding out his hand he charged a cero, waiting for the hollow to come around the corner.

'Found you' Darius thought as he leaped from building to building. This hollow was pretty elusive and seemed to always found a way to vanish off the map after devouring a soul. This time he cornered the bastard, he was going to clamp down on it's throat and not let go. He ended up at the docks, which also meant the amount of places to leap to began to decrease suddenly. The hollow was chasing after a girl, through the crowds ripping up the pier. People were thrown into the water and buildings this had to stop here.

Using Demon flash he vanished, and reappeared right above it. His reiatsu began to flare up as he jumped onto the hollow. The hollow was rounding a corner, Darius smashed through the corner of the building, sending debris and wood everywhere. He pinned the hollow to the floor before his sword appeared in his free hand. “This hunt ends here!”

Cross knew the reiatsu coming near him. He knew who and what was coming this way. Darius. What is he doing with this hollow? Cross thought to himself. This thought was broken mid way when the corner of the building exploded with debris. Cross turned around, holding his charged cero out of the and cupped the girl in his arm into his chest. Debris hit into his back, crushing off the sides and falling to the ground. He pointed his arm towards the hollow only to open his eyes widely.

He did not expect Darius to be that close to the hollow, nor that close to Cross's cero. Squeezing his hand, he forced the reaitsu to his finger tip, lowering the size and pointing it to the hollow's left temple. "Darius! once I fire, you need to get off the hollow!" Cross kept his finger pointed towards the hollow. The red and green ball fluxed on the tip of his index finger. Spinning and trying to Grow. Cross looked behind him at the soul holding her face with her hands.

"hey, hey! Listen to me. Once I fire, Run. Run to the docks and that man will help you. You cannot be here for this blast. It will eat your chain, and make you into one of those monsters." Cross turned back around, pointing hsi finger towards the hollow, aiming for the left temple.

"This is where you..Die." the shot fired a small beam cutting through the hollows skull, hititng the concrete behind him and parasties erupted out of the blast, heading for the body of the hollow. Once the parasites reached it, they ate at the body quickly, tkaing out limbs and most of the main body in seconds.

Darius looked up to see Cross charging a massive attack. A cold chill crawled up his spine, he didn't question Cross just dashed towards the girl and grabbed her. “Hold on tight.” Darius said before launching into the air to avoid the attack. They were several feet in the air in a matter of seconds. The air blew threw their clothes while they floated in the air for a moment. Darius was mesmerized by the strength of the attack. It was a bit much for such a weak opponent, borderline reckless. Using a attack like that in such a open area were humans were was too much. Cross may have meant well but he could have dealt with this a lot quieter.

Darius and the girl began their descent, they landed a few feet behind cross. The blast completely obliterated the hollow and dock in front of Cross. 'A Cero? I thought only Menos Grande could fire that?' He thought to himself. “Thanks mister.”

“Look I will need you to wait here, as long we are around no hollows won't really appear. A shinigami should be along to take you to soul society. Alright?” He explained.

The girl smiled before asking a question “what's that?”

“Best thing I can say is heaven. To be honest I don't know much, you just don't want to end up getting eaten by a hollow. Now just stand back I need to talk to this guy up here.”

Darius's demeanor changed from a nice one to a pissed off. Reiatsu began to surge around his hands before punching Cross in the back in the head. “What the hell is wrong with you using something like that out here like that!?”

Cross mis measured the power he put into the cero. he didn't mean for it to be that big of an explosion. Blinking rapidly, he slowly lowered his finger to the ground, looking over towards the hole as he was shot forward to the ground with darius's punch. it didn't do damage, it was just an annoyance to him. Pushing himself up off the ground, Cross rubbed his neck. "I thought the explosion would be much more concentrated from the size i made the cero. I did not know that it would come out like that." Cross really didn't mean for it to come out like that. He knows to be careful around the humans. He turned around to face Darius, licking his lips and looking down on him.

"but don't you dare. Don't you dare strike me like that ever again. We are on the same side, we don't do that. If you do, you will pay for the consequences." Cross was serious. He hated, with a passion - to get struck from behind without any sense of doing so. It ate at him for this.

"Now. Back off."

Darius wasn't taken back by what cross said but at the same time he was curious about how strong Cross truly was. If anything this made him crack a smile, that punch was nothing, if anything it was a wake up call for him. Darius looked at cross, “And what if I don't? To be honest even if we are on the same side, I want to know how strong you really are. Anyone can talk a big game, hell I could have done what you did with less collateral damage to the dock.”

Darius pulled his hood down before clenching his fists. Darius was a strong believer in friendships being forged in fire. They were stronger that way, he had only just met cross on the roof of a building not to long ago. That wasn't enough for him to truly want to fight along side him. Darius only stood by the strong.

“Don't make me provoke you cross, show me whatchu got. Anything you throw at me I can take it. We went over this, I don't die, so don't hold back.”

Cross stood closer to darius, who was more than Provoking him. It was true they were on the same side, but he never showed Darius his true power. "you can't die, but you would want to fight me just to test me. You've seen my number on my face, you know what i was. Why test me? I'm that much stronger than you." Cross folded his arms, looking over the area. "You saw what happened when I tried to compress my power. You were a witness, it's going to be a slaughter."

Cross looked down towards Darius, Grunting underneathi his teeth. "How would you provoke me, demon? I know you wouldn't harm a human, so you would have trouble with that one, friend"

Suna and Luna were moving quickly towards their master's location. Sure they were told to stay put but they sensed him getting angerier and that was not good cause he is deadly when he was mad plus it takes them forever to get him calmed down without getting hurt. Most of the time it was luna would could calm down their master due to her nature beside suna's angery nature.

"Suna hang back.."Said Luna as they neared cross. They both Sondio crouching down behind cross. Luna stood up moving to behind her master wrapping her arm's around cross resting her head against his back "master...please calm down...it is not worth being mad...please.."She whispered. sure she didn;t mind being the calm logic one of the two though she did enjoy being able to calm their master down.

Darius couldn't help but smile when Cross leaned in. This was a open challenge to Darius. Who cares if one was stronger than the other. He would openly challenge god for his rightful place in heaven. A power difference was nothing at all. Death was obstacle a removed long ago the first time he died. There was no pain that he hasn't felt, so fighting someone stronger would only make him stronger.

"Actually it would be quite easy to provoke you, It doesn't matter how strong you are. I want to know your resolve, your true intentions. Only your fists can tell me such a thing."

Darius pulled his hand across his face like a vizard. Orange reiatsu caused a mask to appear. It was white, dingy with red markings. It was a simple mask to hide his face from hell. He didn't want to get dragged down during the fight. He cocked his fist back, this time his fist was coated in reiatsu. Maybe this would get Cross's attention. He went to strike cross in the face with everything.

Cross saw the mask appear on Darius's Face. Nothing he hasn't seen before on a demon. Cocking his eye brow, Cross sensed the reiatsu being gathered on Darius's Fist, before coming to his face. It was a simple getsure, a simple attack. Cross quickly Held up his left hand catching Darius's Fist centimeters from his face. "Here. You want to do it here? What if we get into it? I don't want these souls to be put into any danger. We may attract some attention." Cross let go of Darius's Fist, letting it hit his left cheek. Cross didn't wince, move or even blink. Cross's hierro was that much stronger than Darius's Fist. Cocking his neck, Cross Flared hsi reiatsu, Attempting to push Darius up into the air, where Cross would sonido to, pointing towards Darius.

"We must remain here. Do not go lower than necessary." Cross then held out his hands, with 3 balls appearing on his fingers, before being launched in the air around Darius, These would Explode mid air, and if he didn't get away minor burns. Cross would rush through the smoke that they would make, throwing his body around in the air spinning and trying to land a kick on Darius's Shoulder, If hit or miss, Cross would push off the air, making his fists gain reishi edges, throwing 200 hits at Darius's Body. 50 at his left leg, 50 at his torso, 50 at his right arm and 50 behidn his right knee.
