5-1 Bare-Minimum:
This is the lowest standard we will accept a character at. You must at least meet these requirements to be approved and accepted. If you want to start out at a lower tier, you will be able to, however you must still at least meet this standard.

4-3 Getting The Hang of It:
This is the next step up. This for the apps that do the bare minimum, but do it very well. While before you just needed length, now it must be of quality too.

History: 3 Paragraphs

4-2 Almost There:
This tier is for those who are trying to go beyond the bare minimum, but still have trouble writing.

4-1 Average App:
This is where we expect most people to end up. It shows you put in effort beyond the minimum and are a capable writer. But nothing quite stands out as incredible.

3-3 Well Done:
Awarded to those who show good promise in their app. The quality is better than simple being written properly, it is intriguing and a general pleasure to read.

Overall Quality: Well written character with a decent amount of stigma. They aren't perfect authors pets and have some aspects that make them "flawed" as people.

3-2 Impressive:
An app that pops out at the reader with flavor and shows a good bit of work put into the product.

Overall Quality: The character is deep and the amount of thought put into them is impressive. Aspects of the characters history, personality, and appearance, play off of each other and combine to make an excellent character.

3-1 Outstanding:
An app that is undoubtedly deserving of praise. The character depth is enough to believe it may be a real person and the amount of work put in shows dedication beyond what we could possibly ask for.

Overall Quality: A complete character with dynamic traits and aspects that play off each other. Very few mistakes grammatically and your character is well worth reading.

2-3 Perfect:
The highest possible tier you can start out as. The requirements for this tier are a bit different than those of the others due to its significance as the first tier where a leadership position can be obtained.

Overall Quality: More or less flawless. Virtually no errors grammatically and the character itself could win award.
Appearance: 3 Paragraphs
Personality: 3 Paragraphs
History: 10 Paragraphs

Additional Requirements:
-At least 1 member nominates you for the position.
-A vote from at least 2 people other than your nominee totaling out to 3 "yes" votes.
-You must have no current Warning Points on your account that were given by staff due to a rulebreak.
-You must agree to take on additional responsibilities. These include, but are not limited to, mentoring lower tiered characters and running side-plots on a regular basis.
