Erida Seika

NPC TEMPLATE

Name: Tateno, Shinji
Alias: Shin-chan, Tate
Age: 17 years old
Gender: Male
Species: Quincy (Echt)
Alignment: Lawful Good

Name: Sasaki, Miyagi
Alias: Miya-kun, Sasha
Age: 22 years old
Gender: Male
Species: Quincy (Gemischt)
Alignment: True Neutral

Appearance: Most distinguishing trait of Shinji's physique, is definitely his height - the boy is extremely short, 5'5" being the height he stands at. To Miyagi's considerable height of 6'0", he's a dwarf. But then again, Shinji's physique is more youthful and boy-ish, when compared to the older guy's mature and seductive figure; whereas the younger male could be considered cute, Miyagi is undoubtedly best described as sexy. They are a distinctive pairing indeed, being the polar opposites of each other in terms of their looks. Shinji has a short, midnight blue hair, with a taste of additional brightness to it's shade, and cheeks with healthy blush on them - his large eyes are of wisteria colorization, a bright, transparent shade of light purple. In the other hand, Miyagi has a slightly longer, chin-length hair, that takes on a mix of lightly-toned wheat blonde and pale pink in it's colorization, latter of which seems to be more dominant - he has strong facial features, soft lips and sharp, ash-grey and lightly greenish eyes. Shinji has a tendency of being mistaken for a fifteen or fourteen years old boy.

Face Claims: Miyagi Kodama and Ruizaki Takao from Rutta to Kodama

Personality: At first, Shinji is exactly what his appearance gives off. A cute, innocent youngster, with a cheerful demeanor and an enthusiastic, outgoing approach to everything - a boy, who displays qualities of being gullible and stubborn, as well as is generally a charming character in eyes of others. However, he's also everything, that you wouldn't expect of him. He's extremely straightforward and strong-willed - a boy, who fears absolutely nothing, who is confident about himself and who knows what he wants. Shinji is kind to everyone, loyal and reliable to those he considers his friends, and sincere in his words. He cares a great deal about people around him, even those who he does not know, and hates to see others hurt - the boy does his best to be a considerate to others, and he tends to put the well-being and happiness of others before his own, making him quite selfless. Furthermore, Shinji is not as young as his appearance suggests. In fact, he can prove to be quite mature, and display passion and love for fun, that is not apparent to the outside - he's more daring and rebellious than many think, and people close to him know, that he craves for affection and intimacy above all else. He's not a child, though he can act like one.

The boy has a high sense of moral, but in the end, he always ends up doing what he feels right in his heart. Shinji is intelligent and spontaneous, so you can never know what he is going to do next - he tends to act on whims, and he's somewhat sensitive on an emotional level. He does his best to live a healthy lifestyle and invests in his appearance, though he doesn't do it to 'boost' his ego or confidence, nor to suppress insecurity. He was grown in a wealthy household and he is used to getting what he wants, being a little spoiled, and due to lack of a father figure in his life, he has grown more like his mother in his personality. At his worst, Shinji can be jealous, unforgiving, controlling and quietly spiteful, though he rarely expresses his negative feelings directly, instead acting like 'everything is okay', and thus, often making it unbearable for the object of his anger.

Miyagi, in the other hand, is a natural troublemaker and an ex-delinquent. He's both self-centered and charming, leading him into a person, who takes care of his own needs first and ruthlessly uses people like they are his playthings - that is not to say, that he is not capable of genuinely caring for another person. Unpredictable, dangerous and frisky, he does what he wants, when he wants it, and he does it with a daring confidence - he does not think twice before doing something, preferring to embrace a wild lifestyle over a boring and ordinary one. Miyagi lives by a philosophy, that one should enjoy life when he can - he indulges passionately in hedonism and sexuality like every day is his last day on earth, to a degree, where it causes others to frown his carefree behavior. He's more than slightly immoral, not caring whenever doing something is right or wrong, or what the law has to say about it - he disrespects authorities, hurts others and lies when it suits him. He is perfectly aware of his looks, and often takes an advantage of his attractiveness to meet his goals. It wouldn't be a shock to see him admiring himself in the mirror, because even his flirt tends to lead to how great he thinks he is, and thus, he comes off as somewhat arrogant and narcissistic.

The young man is somewhat aggressive in his approach, having a forceful and dominating nature - he has primal need to be stronger than others and prove it to them, in order to establish control over them; to show them, that if they try to cross him, he will destroy them. Miyagi gets into fights easily, and due to his inability to admit to mistakes and apologize, combined with his impulse-driven character, they grow into lifelong grudges. Neither does he allow himself to become the victim, coming off a little unemotional or sociopathic even, at times when he is supposed to feel sad - you'll never see him cry, for he will rather take the most painful torment than to allow you the satisfaction of winning. He never pretends or lies when it doesn't suit him, however. Miyagi is often brutally honest and cruel in his wording, because why waste energy of being considerate to others. At his best, he can be protective, independent, determined and decisive.

Background: Shinji was born to a wealthy home of high social standing, despite the absence of his father - allegedly due to him 'being busy with work'. As an echt quincy, he was taught the importance of blood purity, how he was among the royalty of his kind, while the gemischt were inferior to them - they were born servants, his mother had said. Ever since he was a child, he recalls the scar-faced man and his son, who was five years older than him, visiting them every once in a while. Shinji remembers, how his mother asked the older boy to keep her son company, while she discussed 'business' with Mr. Sasaki, who later was revealed to be a gemischt serving his bloodline. The younger boy was day to Miyagi's night, and despite being so different, they got along pretty well - at some point, the older boy didn't come to visit them with his father anymore. Mr. Sasaki would apologize for his absence, and explain, that his son was undergoing training.

The older boy came from a very different home. Miyagi's mother, Tatiana, whom loved her son greatly, was Russian and thus, her language became her son's language as well - she was not a quincy, but was aware of her husband's heritage. His father, Mr. Sasaki, was the man with scarred face, whom served Tateno family due to his own blood status as a gemischt - he never really liked his son, nor did his son like him. He grew up to listen his father verbally abuse his mother, who was too afraid of him to dare to leave him, and as a result, the boy developed violently protective tendencies, leading him into trouble in school. He'd always stand up for his mother, causing his father to often lose his temper and direct his verbal abuse to his son instead - he'd rebel against his every rule, which would eventually lead him to embrace a lifestyle, that his father highly disapproved off.

When Miyagi was fourteen, he began his quincy training, while the nine-years-old Shinji would extensively study history and sciences. The older boy could summon a bow at a young age,

and Miyagi were born to very different lives. The younger one had a relatively happy home, with
