Most people in Chaos know Ika is a tad unhinged.
Most people in Chaos know Ika's end-game is certainly to be on top of the mountain, at all costs.

Ika is officially hiring Jin for the war.

Tegan has been modifying furry animals, mostly small and cute, to become an army for Chaos. He has not been yet approached by Ika or anyone, but this has been under wraps, although Chaos members should have noticed.

Ika: Ayeee can we borrow your army of furry fuckers?

Ika has taken over the Soul Society and dispatched the CC while also Hollowfying Kokoro, and then recruiting him. Yayy.

Oh also crucifixions for everyone!

Oh and Zhu is dead, and Seo is MIA.
