"Thirteen different squads? Talk about having bad luck with a number like that." Vulcan would laugh, but in all seriousness he was intrigued learning more about the history of Gotei. The Vizard would listen as Ika mentioned the Kidou Corps and Central 46. While one sounded familiar the other didn't really ring a bell. He had to chuckle when the Cero King said something about feeling like an old cunt. Although it wouldn't take too much trouble to refute that statement, Vulcan decided not to cause you know, Ika was kind of old. From the sound of it Gotei used to be completely different from what it used to be. Whether or not if that was a good thing or bad, he decided to leave that up to someone else. 

Although he refused to declare someone truly evil, Vulcan couldn't help but have a bad taste when it came to the Gotei, considering how they treated his kind. But no matter how hard he wanted to try and change it even he knew he simply wasn't strong enough, which is why he had to put his trust in Ika, hoping the Cero King would be able to change the world and the Gotei with it.

The man made a joke about the number of squads Ika intended to incorporate into the new Gotei and it brought a small smirk to Ika's face. The man had also laughed at his own joke but more importantly to Ika he displayed a unique interest in learning about the history of the Gotei, he was seemingly enraptured by the information Ika was giving him. Profoundly intrigued as Ika mentioned foreign concepts such as the Kidou Corps and the Central 46, the Kidou Corps probably sounded familiar in fairness but certainly not as Ika intended for it to function. The man chuckled once more as Ika mentioned feeling like an old bastard, it was funny sure but as time went on..

Fuck was it beginning to feel true..

Nonetheless the discussion had pretty much drawn to a natural conclusion and Ika stood up, extending his hand towards the young Vizard to shake. "I think we'll be seeing a lot of each other in the coming times Vulcan. You've got a good head on your shoulders and I can make a lot of time for someone like you in my ranks. For now, I bid you adieu." Ika would take a cheeky bow and Shunpo off the roof, probably to harass some new unsuspecting Vizard elsewhere..

Or to kill something.
